Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We use PayPal, which means that you do not have to enter your card details on our page and you are protected by PayPal's extensive security systems.

Return / Refund Policy

Lost or damaged items
In the unlikely event that a product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of damage please retain the product and the packaging and contact us as soon as you become aware of the problem.
Delivery Information
There is no charge for deliveries within the UK. For deliveries outside the UK, we charge £3.50.
All physical products are dispatched first class, usually within 1 working day, so they usually arrive between 1 and 4 days after you order (sometimes longer to destinations outside the UK).
