Most people who struggle with their weight aren't stuffing themselves with junk food – they are usually following "sensible" advice from magazines, books or even the government.
But this advice is actually making them fatter! You may be falling into exactly the same traps.
You might be shocked (I certainly was!) to discover that the usual advice on food and weight control is based on questionable or even faulty studies. Diets actually cause us to get fat and trigger emotional/ comfort eating.
Well, there is a secret to being naturally slim, and it's not about willpower or control. So, if you think you don't have the willpower to lose weight, you're probably right! Willpower is the wrong strategy – in fact it makes things worse.
Your eating is controlled by your unconscious (subconscious) mind and until you discover the implications of this, you will always struggle.

Roz Watkins has an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. She is a qualified patent attorney and was a partner in a legal firm for a number of years before qualifying in coaching and NLP ((neuro linguistic programming). She has a post graduate certificate in coaching from Derby University and is an NLP Master Practitioner. She specialises in non-diet weight loss coaching and NLP, and has created a flagship home study programme. This uses a unique psychological approach which allows you to eat what you want and still lose weight (the secret is that you want to eat less!)
