"How can I possibly lose weight if I don't restrict my food?"
The programme works because it causes you to WANT to eat less. You may have noticed thin friends who seem to eat exactly what they want, but somehow naturally stop eating when they've had enough. You can do that too. It's something you can LEARN.
"Why is this better than a diet?"
A diet can never be a long term solution and research shows that at least 95% of people who diet put more the weight back on. Most end up fatter than if they hadn't dieted at all. The "diet mentality" makes you want food. It's well known psychology that we want what we can't have it's normal and not your fault!
"What does the hypnotherapy CD do?"
You just relax and listen to calm, positive messages which help you feel good and help your subconscious mind learn to eat like a naturally slim person, so it starts to come easily. We've had really good feedback about the CD!
"Do I have to weigh myself?"
No, we encourage you not to weigh yourself for the duration of the programme (if you can bear it!)
"How much weight will I lose?"
If you stick to the principles, you will gradually move to your naturally healthy weight. You probably won't be a size 8 (unless this is natural for you) but you should look good! People tend to lose weight first around their stomach, which feels good when putting jeans on! (and is healthy too).
"How fast will I lose weight?"
OK, it may not be very fast! For some people it is fast (some have lost a stone in the 28 days) but please don't expect this. Let it take its time. You're not weighing yourself anyway are you?! This isn't like a Very Low Calorie Diet where the weight flies off (and back on again!) This is for life. Take the time to learn the principles and do the exercises and this will be with you for the rest of your life. Most people lose about a pound a week but try not to focus on weight loss while you are learning the system.
